these are basically interchangeable.

ahh, see that's the first trick. You figure out how never to get hangovers. Then the major impediment to wild drunkness just disappears. It's great.

your own bodyweight? that's likely to result in a stomach pumping.

most important is: 1.5l of water per 1l of alcohol. basically, as much as you can.

additionally (and this is all best before you sleep, so that you body can process it in the 6-8 hours that you're asleep):

a good multivitamin (one that has B5, B6, B12 and C, as well as trace minerals, to combat that which will have been lost by drinking so much water)

st john's wort (or 5-htp), for seratonin (alcohol=depressant, duh)

and I've also found taking a couple of omega-3 tablets useful - since your brain is 60% fat, and the kind of fat is omega-3 (remember, alcohol dissolves fat, which is why you use petrol to clean grease off the driveway). I haven't found any documentation to directly support this, but it does seem to take a certain edge off that the other stuff by itself doesn't.

and yes, I've tested this on numerous occasions. On at least 3 occasions I've been able to binge until 6am, get 3 hours sleep, then get up and be totally functional all day.. no hangover, shakes, anything - ok, not as great as I'd be with a decent amount of sleep, but certainly no deleterious effects from the huge quantities of neuro-toxin ingested.
